We manufacture different formulations of our Ibeslab © seaming solvent for the formation of tint sleeve depending on the type of plastic film used such as PET, PVC, OPS, PP and PLA. We have references that are suitable for different types of material, being very convenient to unify in one or two types to reduce inventory and machine changes.
The adhesive is designed to dry at the speed of automatic sleeve forming equipment produced by leading manufacturers such as DCM, Accraply, Enprom, Karville and others. Our products work well in the different application systems that manufacturers incorporate into their formers.
Ibeslab © Seaming Liquid Adhesive will depend on the type of plastic, the process speed and the thickness of the plastic film. Lower film thicknesses are increasingly being used (less than 50 microns), so we have developed new formulations to prevent the adhesive from penetrating the thin film layer.

Our seaming solvent incorporates an optical marker invisible to the human eye to automatically inspect the correct application.
The small amount to apply of the product, as well as the width of the seam can vary according to the design of the label and the performance of the converting equipment. In each installation it is convenient to carry out a bonding test adjusting the evaporation speed if necessary.

One of labeling systems of stronger growth

The shrink sleeve is one of labeling schemes that are having higher growth in recent years. For any brand, this system allows you to customize the surface at 360 º, generate high quality prints and can be adapted to the 3D shape of the container. Is necessary a good software for predicting / compensating the deformation of the image to fit the shape of the container along with the films, which allow a shrinkage of up to 85%.

For its production is generally used PVC and PET, although is possible to use sheets of OPS, PP or PLA.
Often they are bioriented films, which allow very fine and precise thicknesses, especially designed to allow stable shrink when exposed to heat at the time of packaging customization. Even coextruded films are used to achieve special properties as PET G.

The choice of system depends on the print roll and productivity: rotogravure, flexography, offset and digital printing systems are the most appropriate. The print quality is very high in all four technologies and is difficult to assess the differences if are not an expert eye. May be used UV curing ink, solvent or water.
