We produce a wide range of offset ink cleaners, specially formulated for all types of ink: conventional UV-cured, UV-LED cured, waterless, oily, and hybrid inks. Certified for Food Packaging.
Our cleaners ensure the complete removal of ink residues from printing plates, blankets, and inking rollers.
Our Ibeslab ID formulations are tailored to workshop use, with products for manual cleaning or automatic cleaning machines.
These cleaners, applied with a cloth or absorbent paper, are based on medium evaporation ingredients with high ink dissolving capacity. Their fast drying time reduces printer downtime.
Automatic cleaning machines provide uniform cleaning of printing elements with greater operator comfort.
In these products, we incorporate slower-evaporating substances that are more effective in closed circuits for removing ink residues in a short period of time.
These cleaners reduce evaporation losses during the washing process. Reuse in multiple wash cycles ensures low cleaner consumption and reduces costs.

Soft, lint-free cloths impregnated with UV cleaner should be used.
This cleaner should be specifically designed for use and compatible with the type of rubber and plates in the printer.
Yes, although you may notice that it has a more “oily” appearance, meaning it evaporates more slowly and may need to be wiped off with a dry cloth.
If the cleaning product contains any substance incompatible with the type of rubber, the roller’s surface tension could be altered or it could become deformed, causing serious printing issues or reducing the lifespan of the rubber-covered cylinder.
It depends on the workload, but it is recommended to perform a deep cleaning every two to three months, provided that daily cleaning is carried out using fresh varnish and an appropriate cleaner. Otherwise, the cells of the anilox roller can become clogged, significantly reducing the transfer to the substrate.
