Tint sleeves, or shirts, are made of an elastomeric compound that allows a constant transfer of ink or varnish to the substrate. They can work with solvent, UV or water based inks and offer high resistance to warping and cleaners.
We have three qualities and hardnesses. The colors (White, Black and Gray) identify the density and performance of the tint sleeve. We can manufacture different inner / outer diameters and they are supplied cut to size that the customer needs for their machine.
High performance tint sleeve
Lower cost when it has to be replaced due to wear and tear and the printer can replace it himself in a few minutes.
In the hardness of the rubber, the hardest is the white, which is used for more precise work, the grey is the softest and is recommended for large amounts of varnish or ink base coats. The black one is intermediate and the most versatile in use.
There are two quite common sizes in UV printing equipment, but we can manufacture any diameter, inside and outside, to adapt to the customer’s needs.
