Our manufacturers use the highest quality materials (steel, aluminium, rubber, ceramics, etc.) combined with CNC machining systems.
Cylinders require a high degree of dimensional accuracy, where tolerances are kept to a minimum to ensure good print quality.
Magnetic cylinders
We have a wide range of magnetic cylinders for die-cutting tasks in the manufacture of labels and paper handling. On-demand production is adapted to the customer’s requirements and machine model, allowing us to manufacture lightweight cylinders or cylinders with special features.
We use the highest quality materials in the manufacture of magnetic cylinders. Stainless steel to protect against corrosion, with raceways and shafts with a hardness of over 60 HRC combined with CNC machining systems.
High power magnetic field allows ideal clamping of the flexible die.
Printing cylinders with shafts
We supply printing cylinders, also called cliché cylinders, made of aluminium for light weight and easy handling by printers. On request, they can be supplied with an anodised treatment to protect the surface and extend the life of the roller.
The cylinders have a high precision to ensure high quality flexo printing, according to the manufacturer’s drawing requirements.
Cutting and positioning lines can be reproduced on the cylinders to facilitate cliché mounting.
Printing and varnishing sleeves
We supply printing sleeves, also called cliché sleeves, made of fibre, aluminium and composites with high dimensional stability to guarantee a good flexo printing.
They are very light and easy to handle on wide web printers. They have a rubber edge protection to protect them from shocks.
Pneumatic cylinders
We supply air cylinders for the application of varnishing sleeves. These cylinders are made to order to replace the printing cylinder and to be able to varnish completely without bond lines.
With the help of a table-top adapter connected to the compressed air flow it allows an easy change of the rubber sleeve used for anchoring. It is supplied with two fixing rings to immobilise the sleeve during printing.

We provide the service of re-gumming or manufacturing with the core made to the customer’s requirements with different types of rubber: NBR, silicone, EPDM, etc. depending on the application and the composition of the inks or coating that are to come into contact with the cylinder.
The rubber covering the cylinder is manufactured by adjusting the density of the rubber depending on the application. The hardness is measured in Shores A and we can produce from 25 to 80 ShA.
All cylinders require customised tooling for machine operation. Therefore, we supply with our cylinders the gears with spur or helical teeth, in standard or hardened steel, depending on the customer’s needs.
We can also supply the necessary pinions to provide the printer with the cylinders ready to be fitted in his flexo press.
On request we produce embossing, counter embossing, embossing and cutting cylinders, manufactured in hardened steel, for maximum strength.

Worn bearings can cause vibrations in the machine, noises or smearing in the printing process, among other problems.
There are three standard types of hardness, but any other type can be manufactured on request. We can also supply different dimensions in inner and outer diameter.
